Paul Benner of the Cleveland Brew shop is back for his second interview on The Ohio Beercast. This time he has come to talk about his new venture the Platform Beer Co. (PBC), slated to open in June of 2014. PBC looks to become a leader in the brewing industry by creating great beer and providing a foundation for budding brewer’s looking at the next step. With fresh ideas, a solid team of brewers and workers the Platform Beer Co. will quickly become a beer lovers destination.

Mary MacDonald wandered onto the latest episode of the Ohio Beercast. For those that don’t know, Mary is the executive director of the Ohio Craft Brewers Association (OCBA) and she has held that seat since September 2013. As the new/first executive director Mary gives us a few nuggets of information about what it’s like to be in her shoes and the goals of the OCBA. For those of you that do not know about the OCBA this will be your first introduction to it.
