Paul Benner of the Cleveland Brew shop is back for his second interview on The Ohio Beercast. This time he has come to talk about his new venture the Platform Beer Co. (PBC), slated to open in June of 2014. PBC looks to become a leader in the brewing industry by creating great beer and providing a foundation for budding brewer’s looking at the next step.
